Meat with pineapples
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you want to treat your loved one or family to a delicious and juicy meat dish, prepare pork with cheese and pineapple. This pork with pineapple turns out tender, juicy, and incredibly aromatic. You can use fresh pineapple, but I prefer canned—it better infuses the meat, making it even juicier. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. For preparing pork with pineapple and cheese, we need a lean cut of meat, although you can also use the neck (it's juicier). Pork loin or pork chops are perfect for baking pork with pineapple. Take the meat and make cuts about one centimeter deep.

Step 2

2. It tastes better with canned pineapple (it's juicier and perfectly infuses the meat with its juice), but fresh pineapple will also work. Cut the pineapple rings in half, then slice the hard cheese ("Russian" or "Dutch") into rectangular pieces.

Step 3

3. Salt and season the meat to taste, and insert cheese and pineapple pieces between the cuts.

Step 4

4. I usually wrap the meat in foil and unwrap it 10 minutes before it's done to form a golden crust. The pork bakes for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 5

5. This is how our pork with pineapples turns out—beautiful, delicious, and aromatic. You can use any other meat as well, but keep in mind the required cooking time and tenderness of each type of meat. For example, beef isn't quite suitable for baking with pineapples, as it doesn't pair well and tends to become tough. However, you can also use chicken fillet or turkey following this recipe.
