
Meat with sauce
Description
In this case, the classic meat dish with "Béchamel" sauce is enhanced with mushrooms and tomatoes. This is an excellent option for a complete meat dish that can be served with a side dish or simply with vegetables.

1. Wash the meat (preferably lean pork), pat it dry, and cut into small pieces. Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange the meat in an even layer.

2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add your favorite spices if desired. Peel the onion, slice it thinly into half-rings, and place it on top of the meat. Optionally, you can add some garlic.

3. Place the butter in a frying pan. When it melts slightly, add the flour.

4. Begin stirring vigorously. Fry until golden brown. Gradually pour in the milk in a thin stream and cook the sauce over medium heat. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

5. As soon as the sauce is ready, pour it into the pan over the meat.

6. Next, add finely chopped mushrooms, tomatoes, or other vegetables to taste. Grate the cheese on a grater and sprinkle on top. Place our meat in the oven.

7. After approximately 55 minutes, depending on the size of the meat pieces, the dish will be ready and can be served. Very tasty, juicy, and aromatic.
