Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can use either fresh or canned pineapple for preparing meat with pineapples in the oven. If using canned pineapple, drain it well so it's dry. I recommend serving the oven-baked meat with pineapple alongside boiled rice and fresh vegetables. Good luck! Serve hot.

    Mix soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, and vinegar.

    Rub the prepared pieces of meat with a mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
