Eastern-style meat
Description
This is a fairly simple Eastern-style meat recipe that even a beginner cook can prepare at home. Instructions: 1. Wash the meat and pat it dry. Cut into small pieces. 2. Pour a little oil into a frying pan and heat well. Add the meat and lightly sear. Then add a little water and simmer, covered. Add water as needed to prevent the meat from burning. 3. While the meat is simmering, prepare the sauce. Peel the onion and cut it in half. 4. Peel the garlic. 5. Wash and dry the parsley. 6. Shell the walnuts. 7. Pass the onion, garlic, walnuts, and parsley through a meat grinder. It's better to do this twice for a smooth, uniform consistency. 8. Mix the walnut paste with mustard and honey. 9. When the meat becomes tender, add the prepared sauce and a little water. Cover again and simmer for another 15–20 minutes. 10. While the Eastern-style meat finishes cooking, prepare a side dish—potatoes or fresh vegetables such as Chinese cabbage. 11. Serve the finished dish hot.
