An extraordinary yet simple Thai-style meat recipe that even beginner cooks will find easy to prepare: 1. Wash and dry the veal. Cut into thin strips. 2. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut lengthwise into long pieces. 3. Wash the pepper and remove the stem and seeds. Slice into strips of similar size. 4. Peel and finely chop the onion. 5. Slice the garlic into thin slivers. 6. Cut the corn in half. 7. Wash and dry the green onion stalks. Cut into long strips. 8. Pour a little vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and heat thoroughly. 9. Add the meat to the pan and fry until a delicious crust forms. 10. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and pepper one after another, frying each for 2–3 minutes. 11. Then add the corn, green onions, sugar, and sesame seeds to the pan. 12. Season with soy sauce, tomato paste, and oyster sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes. 13. The Thai-style meat is almost ready. Simply season with ground pepper to taste, and it's done—serve hot at the table.
