1. To prepare Taiga-style meat, start by preparing the beef. Wash and dry the meat, then slice it into thin strips.

2. Finely chop the chili pepper. It's better to use pepper without seeds to prevent the dish from becoming too spicy.

3. It's time to prepare the marinade for the meat. In a deep bowl, mix chili, balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, soy sauce, and sugar. You can optionally add salt, but the marinade will already be quite salty. Season with pepper to taste.

5. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan until hot. Add the meat and a few cranberries. Pour in 50-100 milliliters of water and simmer over low heat.
