1. To prepare meat "Petrovsky style," start by preparing the dried mushrooms. Soak them in cold water for at least 3 hours. Then boil them for about 20 minutes, keeping the broth.

2. Peel the onions and cut into small pieces. Place in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry slightly. Add mushrooms and a few spoons of mushroom broth to the onions. Fry until golden brown.

3. Mix the flour with half a cup of broth and add to the pan. Fry until thickened.

4. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into small cubes and season with salt to taste. Place at the bottom of buttered ramekins.

5. Wash the meat and cut into thin strips. Fry in a pan with vegetable oil until half-cooked. Place on top of the potatoes.

6. Place mushrooms on the meat and top each with a small piece of butter. Cover the pots with lids and put them into a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Serve "Petrov-style" meat at home directly in the pots, garnished with sour cream and fresh parsley.
