Description
Lamb mountain-style dish is somewhat reminiscent of beef stroganoff, but it is made with lamb. Cooking time depends on the lamb's age and the specific cut you choose. Use high-fat, good-quality sour cream. If you like onions, feel free to increase their quantity.

Wash the lamb and cut it into small cubes.
