Beef à la française in pots
Description
I suggest preparing meat à la française in an unconventional way – bake it in clay pots! The dish turns out very juicy, tender, and delicious.

6. It's time to fill the pots. Place half a teaspoon of butter mixed with garlic on the bottom of each pot, then sprinkle with herbs (basil works great) or Provence herbs. Add potatoes, then pour over with meat broth and semi-dry wine (1-2 tablespoons). Next, place the sautéed vegetables with mushrooms, followed by the meat. Season with spices and a small amount of salt. Pour the cheese and egg mixture over the contents of the pots, making sure it completely covers the meat.
