
Beef Stroganoff in foil with mushrooms

Cut the meat into two pieces, cover with plastic wrap, and pound with a kitchen mallet.

Season the pounded meat with salt and ground pepper, add minced garlic. Optionally, add soy sauce and marinate the meat for 2-3 hours.
