Beef à la française with eggplants
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare French-style meat with eggplants, first make a marinade from minced onion, garlic, and cilantro, as well as water, tomato paste, and spices. Marinate the pounded meat pieces in it for an hour and a half. Meanwhile, slice the eggplants, salt them, and set aside for half an hour, then rinse thoroughly. Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Prepare the topping—beat the egg with milk and mix with cheese sauce. Grate the cheese. Prepare a baking dish. Place a layer of eggplants on the bottom, then a layer of meat. Next, add the remaining eggplants mixed with tomatoes. On top, place the onion, garlic, and cilantro from the marinade. Pour the topping over and bake in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Ten minutes before it's done, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Serve immediately while hot.
