Meat roasted in a multicooker
Description
Meat baked in a multicooker turns out even better than in the oven. At least, in my opinion. So, let's get started. Cut the carrots and garlic, wash the meat and pierce it with a knife in several places. Insert pieces of vegetables into the meat, sprinkle with salt and spices, and let it sit for 15–20 minutes. Then place it in the multicooker, set it to the baking mode, and cook for 40 minutes. Slice the cooked meat into portions and serve.
