Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Steaks can be cooked to different levels of doneness—some people prefer rare, others like it well done, when the meat is almost dry. I usually go for medium—juicy, yet well-cooked. For grilling in a grill pan, I recommend pork or beef. I usually use pork loin. Note that you shouldn't overuse oil when frying. The dish is ready to serve.

Rinse the meat, pat dry. Pound it, season with salt and pepper, rub with minced garlic.

On a well-heated pan, sear the meat for one and a half minutes on each side. A characteristic crust should form.
