Meat steamed in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1. The method of preparing steamed meat in a multicooker is quite simple. First, wash and dry the pork. 2. This dish has one very important nuance—the marinade. Mix salt and sugar and dissolve them in 1 liter of water. You can bring the marinade to a boil, then cool it down. 3. Peel the garlic and slice it into small pieces (you can also press it through a garlic press or grate it). 4. Generously rub the pork with pepper and garlic. 5. Place the meat into the marinade and refrigerate for 24 hours. 6. After 24 hours, transfer the pork into a baking bag and tightly seal the edges. 7. Place the bag into the steaming container of the multicooker. Select the Steam mode and cook the pork for 60–70 minutes. 8. After the program finishes, let the pork cool down inside the bag without removing it. Steamed pork in a multicooker is ready. However, for fuller flavor, it's better to refrigerate it for another 12 hours before serving. Serve warm.
