Meat with bone and potatoes in the oven
Description
For preparing bone-in meat with potatoes, use meat with small layers of fat. Medium-sized potatoes are suitable; if the potatoes are young, you don't need to peel them—just wash them thoroughly. You can replace the spices according to your taste.
