Description
The recipe won't take much time. What could be better for lunch or dinner than a piece of juicy, flavorful meat? Of course, if you're a vegetarian, you'll definitely find better options than mine. But if you can't imagine your life without meat, read on and memorize this recipe. Serve hot.

Cut the meat along the bone into even and neat pieces.

Prepare the sauce with vegetable oil and add all the spices, mix thoroughly.

Mix the resulting sauce with the meat and rosemary, then let it marinate for 1 hour to 24 hours in a cool place.

Sear the meat first in a pan: 1.5–2 minutes on each side.

Then place them tightly in a baking dish and put in the oven for about half an hour at a temperature of around 200 degrees. It all depends on the stove, the parameters are approximate!
