Description
Here is a simple recipe for cooking bone-in meat in a multicooker. The most important thing for this dish is to marinate the pork ribs well. It's best to let them sit in the refrigerator for about two hours, so the meat has enough time to absorb the marinade thoroughly. Good luck!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the ribs and cut them lengthwise along the bones.
- 2
Step 2

Place the ribs in a large container. Add tomatoes cut into cubes.
- 3
Step 3

Add the chopped onion here as well.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the soy sauce, tomato paste, and olive oil. Pour the sauce over the ribs and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 1.5–2 hours.
- 5
Step 5

After 2 hours, transfer the marinated ribs to a multicooker. Cook in "Stewing" mode for 2 hours.
- 6
Step 6

Can be served.
