Mussel meat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Buy frozen mussels that are already cleaned. Rinse them very thoroughly so no sand remains in the meat. While frying, watch carefully not to overcook the mussels in the pan, or they will become rubbery. In addition to lemon and parsley, the finished dish can also be served with cocktail sauce or tartar sauce. It is best to fry the mussels in a deep fryer or in a deep pan with plenty of oil. Serve the appetizer to the table.
Instructions

Step 1
Before you start cooking, take the mussel meat out of the refrigerator and leave it in the packaging for 1–1.5 hours so it can come to room temperature.
