Moose meat in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Since the meat isn't very fatty, it should be wrapped in bacon when baking, resulting in a tender and juicy dish. You can use fresh or dried herbs. The meat can be marinated in advance. I used tenderloin, which remains slightly pink inside when baked. You can bake beef or pork tenderloin the same way, but the cooking time will vary. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Wash the meat and pat it dry with paper towels. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, place the meat in it, and rub both sides with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place chopped garlic and rosemary on top.

Step 2

2. Since the meat is lean, wrap it neatly with thick slices of bacon. Place the meat in a preheated oven at 260 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn off the oven but leave the meat inside for another 10 minutes (the internal temperature should reach 60 degrees).

Step 3

3. Remove from the oven and cover the meat with foil, let it rest for another 10-15 minutes. Remove the bacon slices and slice the tenderloin into pieces.
