Meat in pieces in a frying pan
Description
If you think milk and meat are incompatible, you just haven't tried anything like this yet! To cook meat in pieces on a skillet, I use pork without veins or excess fat. The milk is just regular store-bought milk. For herbs, I use a meat frying mix, and you should also add some nutmeg. I don't like onions, so I don't add them. Anyway, let's take a look at the recipe.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the meat and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Fry in a preheated pan for about 5-7 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Add spices.
- 4
Step 4

Don't forget to stir so that neither the meat nor the spices burn.
- 5
Step 5

Add flour and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Until golden brown.
- 7
Step 7

Pour in the milk. Mix gently.
- 8
Step 8

Simmer over medium heat until the mixture thickens and the meat becomes tender and fully cooked. Meanwhile, you can boil the pasta. Our meat, cooked in chunks in the skillet, is ready.
