
Wild boar meat in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The best way to cook game. Peel and chop the carrots, onion, and garlic, then sauté for 15 minutes in the multicooker bowl. Rinse the boar meat, cut into pieces, mix with oregano, pepper, paprika, and salt, and let marinate for 10 minutes. Then add to the vegetables in the multicooker and sauté together for 5 minutes. Next, add chopped tomatoes; after five minutes, pour in a couple of glasses of water and tomato sauce, then set the multicooker to stewing mode for 2 hours. The boar meat can be served without a side dish, or simply with mashed potatoes. Serve hot.
