
Meat fried in batter

If you don't want to make the sauce, simply return the fried meat to the skillet, reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes until fully done. Easy, isn't it? Then let's get cooking!

Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces 4-5 cm long and about 1 cm thick.

Pound each piece of meat.

To prepare the batter, mix the eggs, starch, and half a teaspoon of salt. You can add ground pepper and other spices.

Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Dip each piece of meat into the batter and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Peel the carrot and cut it into thin strips.

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.

Peel the garlic cloves and slice them. Fry in vegetable oil, then add carrots and onion. Continue frying until the carrots are soft. Add tomato paste and slightly less than half a cup of water. When it comes to a boil, add sugar and vinegar. Stir, then place the fried battered meat on top of the sauce. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 5–7 minutes.
