    1. The recipe for cooking turkey meat in a multicooker is quite simple. First, wash, dry, and cut the meat into small pieces. It's best to use fillet. Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings (shallot is used in this recipe). Peel the garlic and mince it finely or crush it with a press. Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and slice thinly. Squeeze juice from half a lemon and sprinkle it over the turkey.

    2. The preparation process is almost complete. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add the meat. Set the Baking mode for 10 minutes. When the process is complete, add mushrooms, onion, and garlic to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add dried herbs or your favorite spices. Turn on the Baking mode for another 10 minutes.
