Meat for sandwiches
Description
It works for holidays and everyday meals alike. Instead of store-bought sausage, I decided to make this tasty meat, which is perfect for sandwiches. For this purpose I have an air fryer, but if you haven't become the happy owner of such a machine, you can use a regular oven or a multicooker. Inside, the meat turns out juicy and tender, while on the outside you'll be pleased with a golden, crispy crust. It can be served warm or chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

1. My meat is boneless (pork hind shank); you can use another cut as well, for example shoulder or the rear part. I wash the meat thoroughly and pat it dry.

Step 2

2. I prepare the marinade: I put mustard and mayonnaise in a bowl, add salt and spices (red and black ground peppers), peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press, and mix.

Step 3

3. I place the meat on a board and make small cuts all over each piece, then rub the meat with the prepared mixture.

Step 4

4. Unfold the foil, place one piece on it, and wrap it tightly so the juice doesn’t leak out.

Step 5

5. I wrap the second piece of meat the same way as the first.

Step 6

6. I transfer the meat to the air fryer rack.
