Everyone is familiar from childhood with these small, round meatballs. We also remember that they are a favorite of Carlsson, who lives on the roof. Meatballs can be fried, baked, stewed, or steamed. After all, the taste of meatballs is determined less by the meat mixture itself and more by the sauce or gravy in which they are cooked.
