Description
Everyone is familiar from childhood with these small, round meatballs. We also remember that they are a favorite of Carlsson, who lives on the roof. Meatballs can be fried, baked, stewed, or steamed. They are a universal dish, loved by both adults and children, spice lovers and those on a diet. After all, the taste of meatballs is determined less by the meat mixture itself and more by the sauce or gravy in which they are cooked.

Sauté the onion in butter, then add the tomato sauce and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the egg, herbs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Knead well until a firm consistency is achieved.
