Meatballs in bacon
Description
This hot dish will turn out perfectly even for a beginner cook. The only requirement is having a muffin tin. For this amount of ingredients, you'll need 5-6 muffin cups. If your tin has more, fill the empty cups with water before baking to prevent them from burning. You can use any ground meat you prefer, and replace semolina with couscous. After adding the cheese, mix the meat gently so that the cheese pieces remain intact. If you don't like adjika, substitute it with your favorite spices. Use smoked-cured bacon, leaving the thin ends (tails) intact so they can wrap over the top of the meat ball. The weight of the bacon may vary depending on its length and thickness. It's best to go by the number of muffin cups—take two bacon slices per cup.
