Cut the meat across the grain into 1.5 cm thick pieces; it's better to cut when the meat is slightly thawed. Pound each piece, then season both sides with salt and a meat pepper blend.

While the meat is thawing, prepare the filling: chop the onion into small cubes and sauté in a pan until translucent.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces, then fry in vegetable oil and add to the onion.

Evenly spread the filling over the pounded meat pieces, previously brushed with mayonnaise, roll them up into a roll, and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the rolls on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake for 25–30 minutes. Before serving, remember to remove the strings from the rolls.
