Meat rolls with prunes
Description
I wanted to prepare something unusual for the holiday, so I took a classic recipe for meat rolls with prunes and experimented with the filling. The meat, coated with mayonnaise, turned out tender, and the garlic gave the rolls a pleasant, piquant flavor and aroma.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the meat into slices and pound on both sides. Season the pounded pieces with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 2
Step 2

For the filling, use pitted prunes, then pour boiling water over them to soften. Cut into pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Chop the parsley greens.
- 4
Step 4

Finely chop the garlic.
- 5
Step 5

Remove seeds and stem from the bell pepper, then cut into small cubes.
- 6
Step 6

Brush the pounded pieces of meat with mayonnaise, then evenly spread the filling: chopped garlic, parsley, bell pepper, and prunes. Roll up the meat into a roll and secure with a toothpick.

Step 7

Place the rolls on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees.
