Meat patties with eggplants
Description
These patties are very easy to prepare, as their ingredients are quite classic, except for the eggplant, which adds juiciness and a pleasant, slightly tangy flavor. Be sure to try this dish during eggplant season. Of course, you can replace the pork with any meat of your choice.
