Step 1

First, prepare the filling for the tartlet shells. Cut the mushrooms and onion into small cubes. Sauté the onion for about 3 minutes, then add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, letting the liquid evaporate.
- 2
Step 2

And then add finely chopped tomato to the sautéed mushrooms. Season with salt to taste and sauté for another 3 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Prepare the filling for the little baskets. Mince the bread (pre-soaked in water or milk) and the onion. Don't forget to squeeze out the bread!
- 4
Step 4

Add chopped onion and bread, egg, salt, and black pepper to the ground pork.
- 5
Step 5

And mix thoroughly, then pound the ground meat.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the cheese into thin slices. I needed to use all the cheese, so I also cut some of it into cubes.
- 7
Step 7

Form the baskets. You can distribute the minced meat directly into muffin tins, but I used paper liners, which I placed in the tins. And into each meat basket I added cheese cut into cubes.
- 8
Step 8

Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15–20 minutes. During this time, the baskets will be halfway cooked and the cheese inside them will melt.
- 9
Step 9

Fill the baskets with mushroom filling and cover with cheese slices. Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
