
Meat baskets with mushrooms
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Someone might have already prepared similar baskets; I've come across similar ones with different names, various fillings, and different preparation methods, which actually inspired me to make this dish. But I haven't seen exactly this recipe before. They are easy to prepare and are suitable as an appetizer for a festive table. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the onion and dice it finely. Grate the cheese. Grate the carrots as well and sauté them with the onion until soft.

Add egg, salt, spices, and chopped onion to the minced meat. Mix the mince until uniform.

Place the filling into muffin molds, making a small indentation in the center for the filling.

Place the mushrooms into the baskets, then top with sautéed carrots and onions.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and place the baskets in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes to bake.

After half an hour, take out our baskets, sprinkle cheese on top, and put them back in the oven for 10-15 minutes until a golden crust forms.
