Meatloaf in an air fryer
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The roll is served sliced, either cold or hot. I've baked pork in the oven multiple times, both as a roll and just as a piece, but unfortunately, it always turned out too dry. In the air fryer, the meat comes out very juicy, and thanks to the mayonnaise, it also becomes nicely browned and aromatic. You can use various fillings for the roll. Prunes and dried apricots go well together. I've also tried canned peaches once—it was very tasty and unusual. Even common herbs can be added; the roll will instantly acquire new flavor notes. Feel free to experiment. The finished dish is ready to be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the pork thoroughly. Stuff it with garlic. Mix salt, pepper, and spices to taste, then thoroughly rub the mixture onto the meat on all sides.
- 2
Step 2

Mix mayonnaise and mustard. Use the mixture to thoroughly coat the entire piece of meat.

Step 3

Roll the pork into a roll. Tie it tightly with string (to prevent it from unrolling during baking). Let it marinate in this form for several hours. Then place it in the air fryer and bake for 1.5 hours at 200 degrees.
