Meatloaf Trio
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Tenderize the pork fillet well until it becomes as thin as possible. Season with salt and pepper. Now do the same with the beef. This will require some physical effort and time. Remove the meat from the chicken breast and also tenderize it, then season with salt and pepper. Finely chop parsley and basil. You can also add a little cilantro to taste. Now assemble the roulade layers. Start with the pork fillet, sprinkle it with the chopped herbs. Then place the beef fillet on top. Cover it with a layer of spinach. The third layer is the chicken fillet. Place marinated sweet peppers on top. If desired, at this stage you can use dried apricots or prunes instead of peppers—this creates a unique and delicate flavor. Firmly roll up all the meat into a roulade and tightly tie it with strong string around. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wrap the roulade in foil and place it in the oven. Cook for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Once the roulade is ready, let it cool, remove the string, and slice it neatly. Serve either with a side dish—rice, potatoes, vegetables—or simply with delicious homemade bread. Serve warm.
