Description

The recipe won't take much time. By reading my recipe, you will learn. Serve hot.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

    1. Prepare the ingredients as listed. Grind the meat into minced meat using a meat grinder or food processor. Place the butter near a heat source or in a warm spot to let it melt. Boil the eggs, cool them down, and peel.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

    2. Place the white bread and onion in the food processor, then pour in the milk.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

    3. The mixture should be uniform and porridge-like in consistency.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

    4. Pour the bread-milk mixture into the minced meat, add egg, salt, and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

    5. Mix the meat thoroughly, you can even "beat" it a little to achieve the most homogeneous mixture.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

    6. Prepare the egg filling by chopping the eggs and mixing them with butter and salt.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

    7. On the work surface, lay out plastic wrap or foil. Spread the minced meat in a thick layer, about 2-2.5 cm. Place the egg filling in the center.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

    8. Using the foil to help, shape the roll. First, cover the filling with one side of the stuffing, then with the other. Turn it over, seam side down.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

    9. Transfer the roll onto parchment paper, placing it in a baking dish to form a "boat." Pour 50 ml of boiling water into the dish on both sides of the roll. This step ensures the sides and bottom of the roll remain tender and juicy, without forming a dense crust. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Brush the top of the roll with beaten egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

  10. 10

    Step 10

    Step 10

    10. Keep an eye on it. As soon as the roll browns on top, it's ready to be taken out of the oven. Timing may vary—I set my timer for 45 minutes, and my roll got a bit more browned on top than intended, so watch carefully! Good luck!
