Meatloaf with Carrots
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Meat roll enthusiasts can experiment with pork. For example, you can add mushrooms. Prunes or apples also go wonderfully well with meat and carrots. Remember to remove the toothpicks right away. Admit it, the dish looks amazing. I'm telling you, the finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Remove all sinews from the pork tenderloin. Cut the cleaned tenderloin "butterfly-style": do not cut all the way through, open up the two halves. Cover the meat with plastic wrap and pound it. Then season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread mustard on the inner side of the future roll. Cover the meat with plastic wrap again and let it rest for half an hour.

Step 2

Grate the carrot. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the carrot until it becomes soft.
- 3
Step 3

Slice the leek into half-rings: you will need only its "white" part. Fry the leek in a pan, just like the carrots.

Step 4

Place the processed cheese on the meat, then add the carrots, and top with the onion. Carefully roll it up into a roll. Then wrap the roll with bacon, overlapping the strips. Secure the bacon with toothpicks.

Step 5

Sear the roll in a frying pan. It is important to sear it on all sides. Grease the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil. Place the roll into the dish and cover with foil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the roll into the oven and bake for 35 minutes. After this time, remove the foil and leave the roll in the oven for another 10 minutes. Your roll is ready!
