Meat roll with mushrooms in puff pastry
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In the original recipe, the meat was a whole piece, but I was afraid it might remain undercooked, so I turned it into minced meat. For juiciness and a more interesting flavor, I added coarsely chopped hard cheese, herbs, and mushrooms. I use ready-made store-bought dough for baking, but if you have time, you can make it yourself. The finished dish can be served immediately.
