Meatloaf with mushrooms

Description

Mix the ground meat with salt, pepper, and eggs. Slice the mushrooms and sauté them with finely chopped onion. Add herbs and breadcrumbs to the mixture and stir well. Place the mushroom mixture onto the meat mixture, roll it up into a roll, and place it onto a greased baking sheet. Bake the dish at 170°C. A few minutes before the meat roll is fully cooked, generously coat it with mayonnaise, then continue baking in the oven at medium temperature until a golden crust forms and the roll is fully cooked. Serve the roll sliced into portions and garnished with fresh herbs.
