Meatloaf with prunes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Want to cook delicious, elegant, and aromatic meat? I'll tell you how. Serve the finished dish at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the pork tenderloin thoroughly and dry it with paper towels or napkins.
- 2
Step 2

Carefully slice the meat to form a flat piece. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and dry spices.
- 3
Step 3

If you have hard prunes, you need to soften them a bit. To do this, pour boiling water over them and let them soak for about half an hour. I had pitted prunes that were not hard at all. Grind the prunes in a blender with adjika and "Narsharab" sauce. If you don't have this sauce, don't worry. Just add some spices to the prune filling—coriander, basil, cinnamon, or any others you like.
- 4
Step 4

Spread the meat layer with soft "Feta" cheese, then with the prune paste obtained.
- 5
Step 5

Now tightly roll the meat into a roll, sprinkle with spices on top. Wrap the roll in foil and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

After this time, unroll the roll and put it back into the oven to brown. This is what the roll looks like when fully cooked.
