Description
This recipe won't take much time. It's a very tasty festive option for a pork meat dish. You'll need a minimum of ingredients, but you'll get maximum flavor! You can take this roll with you on a trip, to a picnic, or to work, and use it to make sandwiches or bruschetta. Serve the appetizer at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Be sure to use juicy pork with layers of fat — tenderloin is best.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the meat and pat it dry with paper towels. Cut it into a wide flat piece, trimming around the center like a roulade. Pound it with a meat mallet, as you would for cutlets.
- 3
Step 3

Sprinkle with meat or chicken seasoning, salt, and ground black pepper. You can also add other spices or seasonings.
- 4
Step 4

Place the washed lingonberries randomly on the meat.
- 5
Step 5

Roll the meat into a roulade, tucking the edges inward so the berry juice does not leak out while baking.
- 6
Step 6

Tie the roll with kitchen twine or thread so it holds its shape. Place it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 45–50 minutes. After 30 minutes, be sure to cover the top of the roll with parchment paper so it does not burn.
- 7
Step 7

After the specified time, it will be ready: moist, golden brown, and very fragrant. Cool it in the pan until warm, but do not slice it while hot, as it will fall apart!
- 8
Step 8

After that, remove the string and slice the roll into slices before serving.
