Meatloaf with mushroom filling
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I want to share with you a recipe for a very tasty yet extremely simple meat roll. Juicy and highly aromatic mushroom-filled meat roll will perfectly complement any side dish, and can also serve as a great appetizer for a festive table. It can be served both cold and hot. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Beat 3 eggs. Take the largest frying pan you have and fry a thin omelet using a small amount of vegetable oil.
- 2
Step 2

Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces and chop the onion into small cubes. Then sauté half of the onion and the mushrooms in vegetable oil until cooked through.
- 3
Step 3

Boil broccoli in boiling water (3-4 minutes), then transfer to cold water. Finely chop and mix with mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs, and 1 egg.
- 4
Step 4

Add the minced meat, egg, remaining onion, breadcrumbs, grated garlic, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 5
Step 5

Place the minced meat in a rectangular layer on the foil. On top, place the omelet, cut in half.
- 6
Step 6

Evenly spread the mushroom and broccoli filling over the omelet. Then carefully roll it up into a tight roll. Wrap it in foil like a candy.
- 7
Step 7

Place the roll on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. After 35 minutes, you can uncover the foil on top so that a golden-brown crust forms on the roll.
