Meat pancake with eggs
Description
If you don't have a blender, don't worry. Just mix the mince by hand; the crouton will simply have a different texture. Don't be alarmed if it shrinks in size while cooling—it's supposed to.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. Place the ground meat into the blender bowl. Squeeze in the garlic.
- 2
Step 2

2. Add salt, pepper, and spices (I used coriander and paprika). Pour in the milk and semolina, then turn on the blender to mix everything together.
- 3
Step 3

3. Line the baking pan with a cut-open roasting bag and place half of the filling on it.
- 4
Step 4

4. Boil the eggs in advance. Place them on the meat mixture and cover with the second part of the meat mass, smoothing the top well.
- 5
Step 5

5. Cover the pan with foil, place it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 45 minutes. The temperature should be 190-200 degrees.

Step 6

6. Remove the crouton and take off the foil. Brush the top with mayonnaise and put it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes to form a nice crust.

Step 7

7. After the meatloaf has cooled for 2 hours, it can be removed from the mold and served.
