Bavarian-style meatloaf
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Meatloaf is an interesting invention. I suspect the Germans had a hand in it—they love all things stuffed, like sausages and sausages; no one makes them better! Although this dish is also popular in America, it's considered more European. Now we know it too. Serve hot.

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Take a meat grinder and grind the chicken into minced meat. Pour oats with milk and let them soak for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the carrot and chop the onion. Add the carrot, onion, and soaked oats with milk to the chicken mince.

Step 2

Grate the cheese. Add tomato sauce to the minced meat—this can be ketchup or tomato paste. Add the grated cheese. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Mix the egg whites with the cheese and minced meat.

Step 3

Mix everything thoroughly. For baking the meat loaf, we will need a baking pan. Line the loaf pan with parchment paper. Place the meat mixture inside and smooth it out. Spread tomato sauce on top.

Step 4

Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40–50 minutes, until fully cooked. The meatloaf should be well baked and develop a dark crust on top. Do not remove from the pan immediately. Let it cool slightly.

Then slice the meat loaf into pieces. You can eat it just like that, or with something on the side! This hearty little bread turned out great!
