
Beef goulash
Description
As spices for goulash, add ground paprika, chili pepper, and fresh herbs. Goulash is usually cooked thick. It's delicious to season the goulash with fresh green onions.

1. Prepare all the ingredients for the beef goulash. Peel the tomatoes and coarsely chop them. Peel and wash the carrots, potatoes, garlic, and onion, then cut them into large cubes. Rinse the beef and cut it into cubes as well.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Coat the meat pieces in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Sear the meat in oil until golden-brown, stirring occasionally.

3. In a saucepan, sauté the onion, garlic, and carrots in oil until soft. Add the tomatoes, spices, and fried meat, then pour in the prepared beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low, cover with a lid, and simmer for one hour.

4. At the end of cooking, add the mustard. Mix well. The meat goulash is ready! Serve the goulash with potatoes, rice, or bread.
