Meat souffle from minced meat

120 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can make the meat soufflé right away using ready-made store-bought ground meat. It will be great if you wisely choose a combination, for example, of two types of meat. As is known, pork mince goes well with beef. Pork is by no means a lean meat. If you're concerned about eating leaner food, use only beef or chicken mince. However, it will be safer to prepare the mince yourself so you know exactly what it's made of. Serve hot.

Instructions

    Step 1

I bought the meat at the market. In my opinion, there's a better chance of selecting a higher quality product there than in a store, and haggling isn't forbidden either! I rinse the pork and cut it into pieces.

  2. 2

Next, you can prepare the soufflé in two ways. If you prefer, mince the meat right away while it's still raw, until it becomes minced meat, and then bake it. Or, like I do, you can boil it or cook it in a steamer. I prefer to boil pork—it becomes less fatty.

I put the boiled meat into a food processor and grind it. This results in fine mince. I break 3 eggs into it and add milk. I sprinkle with salt and add a little black pepper for flavor. Then I process everything once again.

Now take a baking dish. I recommend greasing it with any oil or lining it with parchment paper to prevent the souffle from burning. Place it in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

When the soufflé is ready, don't cut it immediately. It's very delicate and needs to rest for a while to firm up. You'll get neat, fluffy pieces like these.
