Meat stew with asparagus beans
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish will come in handy during winter when you and your loved ones need vitamins, and it will save you time—serving as both stewed meat and a separate vegetable dish. And of course, it's very delicious. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the meat, cut into fairly large pieces, and sear on both sides in a deep frying pan in fat until a golden crust forms.
- 2
Step 2

Add the chopped beans (2-3 cm pieces) and onion rings to the same skillet. Season with salt, pepper, your favorite spices, mix well, and simmer covered over low heat for at least 25–30 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

After this time, the dish will release a lot of juice. It needs to be stirred again and left over low heat without a lid to allow the excess moisture to evaporate.
- 4
Step 4

When the liquid has evaporated, keep the stew on the heat for a few more minutes, constantly stirring with a spatula.
- 5
Step 5

Now the stew is ready. It tastes best while hot. It goes well with any porridge or potato side dishes.
