Meat Assortment in the Oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The longer the meat sits in the marinade, the juicier and tenderer it will be. If possible, you can leave it overnight. If you want the meat to be even more spicy, add paprika and extra cinnamon to the marinade. This hearty and aromatic assortment will fit perfectly on a New Year's or Christmas table. The ready dish can be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Rinse and dry the chicken drumsticks. Make incisions in the meaty parts with a sharp knife. This is necessary so that the meat absorbs the marinade better. Lightly rub the drumsticks with salt.

Step 2

Separate the pork ribs, rinse and dry them, then rub with salt. You can also season them with mustard powder to taste. Cut the beef steak into pieces about 5 by 5 cm in size and sprinkle them with salt.

Step 3

Now prepare a sturdy bag large enough to hold all the meat. Rinse it well and dry thoroughly. Pour in the white wine, then add crushed garlic, whole peppercorns, cinnamon, star anise, soy sauce, and vegetable oil. Place the chicken, ribs, and beef into the bag, seal it tightly or tie it closed, and turn the bag several times to ensure the marinade mixes well with the meat. Let the bag sit sealed for 30 minutes, turning it occasionally.

Step 4

After 30 minutes, take the meat out of the bag and place it on a baking sheet. You can line the bottom with foil or parchment paper. Pour the sauce from the bag over the meat, add herbs if desired, and put everything in the oven at 190 degrees for one hour.

Step 5

The finished dish is a kind of mixed meat kebab. It is best served with fresh salads or vegetables, herbs, and lavash. This meat goes well with both white and red wine, as well as strong alcoholic beverages.
