Description
Perhaps one of the fastest recipes for preparing a main dish. This meat sauté takes less than half an hour to prepare and looks so professional, plus it has a delicious taste. And if you trim off the excess fat from the meat, you'll get a healthy dish as well.

1. Cut the beef into small strips. Remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut it into strips. Thinly slice the onion. Finely chop the garlic. Crumble the broth cube into a small dish.

2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over high heat. Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook over high heat for 3 minutes, until the meat is well browned, turning occasionally. Evenly sprinkle the broth cube over the meat and continue cooking, turning frequently, for another 30 seconds.

3. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add the chopped pepper and onion, and sauté for 4 minutes.

4. Add green beans, garlic, chili, red wine, and ground ginger to the pan and sauté for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, red wine, and garlic, and sauté for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
