Soft sugar cookies
Description
Homemade treats for tea. This kind of cookie is unlikely to be made for a holiday, but it's a great snack for an ordinary day. It stays fresh for a long time and can be taken along as a snack. Serve the cookies after they have cooled. Roll out a sheet of dough, cut out various shapes or form small balls, then press each one down with the bottom of a glass.
