
Soft cookies
Description
Nothing compares to homemade baked goods. Aromatic, tender, and soft cookies made at home can be served to guests, taken to work, or enjoyed after dinner. This is a great cookie option that's easy to prepare. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. In a small bowl, combine the flour sifted with salt and baking powder, and cocoa. Gently mix.

2. In a separate deep bowl, combine butter with sugar and beat with a mixer (blender) until the sugar dissolves.

3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Gradually pour it in a thin stream while continuing to whisk. The recipe for soft cookies can be supplemented with dried fruits or nuts instead of chocolate, for example. Add one large egg.

4. Add vanilla extract and gradually sift in the flour.

5. Place the dough on the work surface and knead thoroughly by hand until it becomes uniform.

6. Now roll it out into a small flatbread and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 35-55 minutes.

7. Now you can roll out the dough and cut out any shapes you desire. Then place them on a baking sheet and put into a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Let the soft cookies cool on a wire rack at room temperature. If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
