Ham Mousse
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can take the colorful ham mousse with you on a trip, to work, or on a picnic. It keeps well for 2 days when refrigerated. If desired, you can add various spices and seasonings when preparing this dish.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the chicken eggs in water ahead of time for about 15 minutes, then let them cool.
- 2
Step 2

Remove the casing from ham of any kind and cut it into small cubes. Place the chopped ham in a food processor bowl or a container for an immersion blender if you will be processing all the ingredients in it.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the boiled chicken eggs, rinse them in water, and dice them into cubes the same size as the ham. Add to the container.
- 4
Step 4

Pour in the cream and add the salt and ground black pepper. If you like, you can add chopped dill or parsley for those flavors in the mousse.

Step 5

Grind everything for about 3–5 minutes into a light, airy mixture. If there isn’t enough cream, add a little more, but try not to let the mousse become too runny. Spoon it into a bowl or a ramekin and serve with a vegetable platter and slices of bread, baguette, or lavash.
